1)         Downward Facing Dog Pose

Start with laying down facing the floor. Now, take your hands and put palms on the sides of the chest. Now push yourself up with hands and move your palms slightly forward to the shoulders. Your ears should touch your inner arms. Start taking your toes under by bending yourself from the middle keeping legs and arms straight. Be in that 45-degree position for around 4-5 breaths, take rest, and repeat.

2)         Planks Pose

One of the best exercises to strengthen your core and also known as Kumbhakasana, while doing this yoga pose you need to put your whole body effort. The main thing in this pose is controlling your breath.

Laying face down keep your shoulders directly over your elbows. Now, your upper body weight is on the elbows. Keep your back straight and slowly lift your legs. Your body is on your elbows & toes, try to make a straight line from head to your hips. Your core will get the pressure, hold this position for longer as you can and repeat.

3)         Tree pose

Tree pose is also known as Vrikshasana improves balance and stability. If you are a newbie to yoga then for a better start, this yoga pose will give you better strength, balance, and stability.

Stand straight by joining your feet together, slowly lift your right leg, and by bending your knee put your right foot on your inner thigh. Then by making balance, slowly take your arms up and join your both palm together. Try to hold your body at this position for around 8 breaths and then switch side.

4)         Seated forward bend Pose

This pose is known as paschimottanasana, it is a very good exercise for the full back side stretch of your body from calves to spine. It is a complicated practice of yoga for beginners, but no one is born a perfectionist you have to start today to be an expert.

Start with sitting straight from hips to head then keep your legs straight, joining your legs together. Now you are seated in a 90-degree pose, start slowly bending yourself towards your knee and try to touch your toes with your hands. Don’t put heavy pressure on bending just stretch being within your comfort zone. Keep back straight, breathe 8 to 10 times, get back, and repeat.

5)         Child’s pose

Child’s pose is also called Balasana, and it is a very good yoga for beginners. Balasana helps in stretching the whole body mostly the spine. It helps in reducing lower back and neck pain also stretches the lower body parts like thighs and thighs.

Sit on your knees, start bending yourself, and touch the ground with your forehead. Keep your arms straight by touching palms on the ground.
